This website and the MACH Health app are provided by Mach Health Pty Ltd (ACN 669 796 892, ABN 60 669 796 892) ("MACH Health", "we", "us").
2. Organisations
Organisations that use MACH Health do so under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
3. Using the app
- You can use the app if a participating organisation invites you, or if we offer you access directly.
- Keep your login details private and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- Use the app only for its intended purpose. Don't try to access other people's data or interfere with the service.
- Using the app is voluntary. You can stop at any time.
4. Health information and support
MACH Health provides general health and wellbeing guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified health professional.
MACH Health is not a crisis or emergency service, and check-ins are not monitored in real time. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000 in Australia or 999 in the UK.
5. Your privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
MACH Health® is a registered trade mark in Australia. The content, design and software of this website and the app belong to MACH Health or its licensors. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, sell or adapt it without our permission.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the service and these terms. If we make significant changes, we will tell app users.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded, including UK consumer law if you are a consumer in the UK. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or app.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
